Cancellation Policy:

At Empower Pelvic Health & Physical Therapy Corp., we are committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. To ensure that all patients have access to our services in a timely manner, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:   

1.   Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to allow us to offer the appointment slot to another patient. 
2.   Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without                    notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.   
3.   Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to provide 24 hours’ notice due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
